Here is my quick UPRVR Javelin Bait Bag Review. In my never-ending quest for the perfect storage system for plastics, I think I have found a winner. Have you heard of the company UPRVR? If not, you should check them out. UPRVR products are designed and made in the good old USA.
I’m a little bit old-school, and I had convinced myself that all tackle should be in hard plastic boxes. If the boxes were waterproof, that was a plus. I was trying to find different size boxes so I could wedge them like legos into tackle bags and storage compartments or wherever they would fit. Do you remember my Flambeau review? I thought I reached the promised land with that find. Boy was I wrong! Those boxes annoy the heck out of me. They’re just too big and clunky for quick retrieval of baits.
Javelin Bait Bag
I ordered two of the 14″ Javelin Bags and two of the Micro Vector Organization Bags. These bags are quality bags, not some cheap crap that will fall apart after a little use. The Javelin Bag is 14″ wide and 12″ high. I was able to fit 31 bags of baits into the bag, and undoubtedly the bag can fit more.
Check out this side-view picture of the Javelin bait bag zipped up. As you can see, it’s compact. Remember, there are 31 bags of 5-inch stick baits in that bag. Seriously, it’s time to forget boxes for plastic storage. I like having the ability to quickly see what’s inside the bag. You can have multiple bags for different bait types, nothing new here.
Final Thoughts
I’m really liking these Javelin Bait bags and the micro vector organization bags that I picked up from UPRVR. If you are on the fence on how to store your plastics, hooks, weights, and even jigs, seriously consider looking at the products from UPRVR. I would love to hear your thoughts and comments below. If you want to see more pics of how I use the bags or want to shout out, you can always reach me here.
