I am looking for some boat trailer steps, and I came across the Megaware FlexStep Pro trailer step. This trailer step looks like it will fit my needs, and the price point is not outrageous. I’ve seen the cost of some of the other trailer steps available, and they are way out of my price range. I’m not spending that much, no way.
Megaware FlexStep Pro
The FlexStep Pro trailer step is a muti-angle adjustable step system that uses a spring-loaded locking pick mechanism for easy adjustments. The FlexStep Pro attaches to your trailer frame wherever you want. I myself want it towards the front of the boat because accessing the storage areas are a PITA unless you are actually in the boat. I think I would want two of these, one for each side of the boat. It safely holds up to 300 pounds. I’m big-boned, so it works for me.
Installation
Installing the FlexStep Pro seems simple enough, I linked the instructions from Megaware’s website here. If you’re a visual kind of person like me, you might want to check out this quick 5-minute video I found on Youtube.
You can also find the FlexStep Pro on Amazon cheaper than you can on the Megaware website. So what do you think? Good move on my part? Waste of money? I would love to know your thoughts by leaving your comments below or send me a message here.
