I tried to clean the tubes with all the cheap environmentally friendly suggestions that a lot of people suggested on the forums. These didn’t work for me. Over the winter I ended up buying this STAR BRITE Aluminum Cleaner and it worked great. Sprayed it on and lightly scrubbed with Scotch Brite pad. Waited a few minutes and washed off with hose.
